Any information collected from any member of St Jude Catholic Church, Mansfield Texas, will not be shared with any outside third party, including but not limited to information collected online or information provided to webmaster or website administrators.  At present, this includes the Diocese of Ft Worth.  Information about non-members will not be retained.

Adhering to privacy policies derived from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops and other sources concerning the protection of minors on the internet, close-up photographs of children (anyone under the age of 18) such that the person is easily identifiable by the picture will NOT be placed on our site.  Group photographs including children may be permitted, but no accompanying personal information besides name will be allowed.  Lists of names of children may be published (for example, First Communicants, members of the Youth Group participating in a particular activity, etc) , but no personal information besides name will be provided.  On an exception basis, only with signed parental consent, names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses of 16 and 17 year olds may be published if that minor is actively involved in a ministry connected with the church where contact is desired (for example, leaders in the Youth Organization, leaders in Music Ministry, etc.)   In all cases, the responsible parent/guardian of a minor may notify us via the webmaster and we will immediately modify or remove any reference to your child on our site.
